The monitoring and assessment of biodiversity (MAB) projects include the research and conservation of birds, snakes, small and medium sized carnivores and wetlands. The findings of these projects aid in forest management and formulation of strategies for conservation of threatened wildlife and important habitats including wetlands and Ramsar sites.
